I finished reading three novels during the winter holiday. The stories were both funny and interesting and I enjoyed them. In the winter holidays I helped my mother with some household. I was busy but happy. It is a happy thing to keep the house in order.
I stayed at my grandparents 's house with my parents for over a week.My grandparents are leading a quiet life in the countryside. Chickens picked about the yard and ducks flapped their wings. The scenery there is great. The wind rippled the surface of the cornfield and moved the trees gently back and forth. The air in countryside is much fresher than that in the city. I really enjoyed it.
We went to the zoo during the winter holiday. There are a lot of rare animals in the zoo. As I walked on, some birds were singing in the woods.Some bids have exotic plumage. Some birds were looking for food. Then, we went to Panda Land. Some tourists came to see the giant panda, too. Pandas were lazy and heavy. They are cute.
We climbed the mountain, too. It was interesting and healthy to climb the mountain.
